Down insulation is lightweight, compressible, and offers excellent warmth, making it ideal for cold, dry conditions. For better warmth, a snugger fit might be more suitable.
Zipper ConfigurationZipper configuration affects how easy it is to get in and out of the sleeping bag and how well it can be ventilated. Some double sleeping bags have zippers on both sides, allowing each person to adjust their side independently. Others have a single, central zipper.
